Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Seeker account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what is deleted and how to request deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your saved alerts, flip tracker data, and account information will be removed immediately. Vehicle listing data from public sources is not affected.

01Delete from inside the app

    Open the Seeker app on your device.

    Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3
    Tap Settings (gear icon, top right).
  4. 4
    Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. 5
    Confirm your identity.
    Enter your password, or re-authenticate with Google if you signed in with Google.

    Tap Confirm Delete.
    Your account will be removed immediately.
02Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address registered to your Seeker account:

We process email deletion requests within 7 business days.

03What gets deleted
  • Account profile
    Email, name, phone number, password hash, Google ID
    Deleted immediately
  • Device push tokens (FCM)
    All registered Android / iOS notification tokens
    Deleted immediately
  • Saved alerts
    Your car search filters and notification preferences
    Deleted immediately
  • Alert matches
    History of listings that matched your alerts
    Deleted immediately
  • Flip tracker entries
    Cars you tracked through the buy / sell pipeline
    Deleted immediately
  • In-app analytics events
    Feature-usage events tied to your account
    Deleted immediately
  • Vehicle listings
    Scraped from public marketplaces — not owned by you
    Not deleted
  • Anonymised server logs
    Infrastructure logs without personally identifiable data
    Retained ≤ 30 days
