Terms of Use

By creating a Seeker account or using the Seeker mobile app or seekerflips.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Seeker.

Seeker surfaces publicly listed used-car deals from third-party marketplaces and provides tools to watch the market, save listings, and track your own car flips in a private journal.

Seeker is not a broker, dealer, auction house, escrow provider, or marketplace, and is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller. We do not sell vehicles, hold funds, or negotiate on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Seeker. If an early-access or founding program is offered, it is an optional program and not the only way to use the app.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Accounts are for one individual; do not share or transfer your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

• Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Current pricing and plan details are shown in the app and on the App Store.
• Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policies and applicable law. We can help with support questions at hello@seekerflips.com.

• Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute Seeker data or content.
• Do not use Seeker for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not disrupt, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt to access non-public parts of the service.
• Do not misuse alerts or automation, including creating excessive watchers or automated requests to gain an unfair advantage.

We may monitor app usage, performance, and errors — including through analytics, session replay, and crash reporting — to operate, secure, support, and improve Seeker. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

Seeker may show short in-app surveys and lets you send help requests and product feedback. Participation is optional and you can dismiss a survey at any time.

By submitting survey responses, help requests, or feedback, you grant Seeker a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the ideas, comments, and suggestions in that feedback to operate and improve the product, without obligation to you. This applies to the feedback content and ideas only — your personal data remains governed by our Privacy Policy.

Listing data comes from third-party marketplaces and is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, pricing, condition, ownership, or legality of any vehicle or listing, and listings may change or disappear at any time.

You are solely responsible for inspecting, verifying, and negotiating any deal before transacting. Seeker deal scores and estimates are informational only and are not appraisals or financial advice.

You own the notes, amounts, and photos you add to your Flips journal. You grant Seeker a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate the feature for you.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Seeker, the Seeker name and logo, the app, and all related software and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Seeker relies on and links to third-party services, including marketplaces, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, Mapbox, and analytics providers such as PostHog. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Seeker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not promise any profit, savings, deal, or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeker and its affiliates, officers, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from any vehicle transaction. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Seeker at any time and delete your account in-app or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect users or the service. Active App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple ID settings.

We may update these Terms as Seeker evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Seeker is operated from the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, UAE have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
