1. Agreement

By accessing Seeker (seekerflips.com) or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Seeker.

2. The service

Seeker surfaces publicly listed vehicle deals from third-party marketplaces and provides tools to help traders track and manage flips. Seeker is not a broker, dealer, marketplace, or party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Founding access is invite-only and may be revoked at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Seeker data.
  • Do not use Seeker for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

5. Listings & deals

Listing data is sourced from third parties and provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or condition of any vehicle. You are responsible for verifying every deal before transacting.

6. Fees

Founding access pricing is communicated at signup. Fees, if any, are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

Seeker, the Seeker logo, and all related content are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

Seeker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or any specific financial outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeker and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
